How to Change Blogger Template

Already bored with the Blogger template that's it? There are two options for you. The first way is practical, locate and download templates Blogger from third parties, then copy and install a new blogger template code of your choice. The second way is more creative, modify your own templates!
Here are some basic tips that you can use to edit or create your Blogger template:
Backup Templates and Components
The first thing you should do before changing Blogger template is backing up the old templates and page elements that you currently have. Components other than posts, archives, and comments quite prone to risk missing when a new template is applied (Blogger will give a new warning on the list of widgets that will be lost if you apply a new template).

1. Login to the blog management page, click the Layout> Edit HTML.
2. To back up the initial template, the selection of the entire code in Edit Template box (Ctrl + A), then copy (Ctrl + C).
3. Open Notepad, then copy the code into Notepad worksheet (Ctrl + V).
4. Keep backups of your original template

Download the template that you like then click the browse (look for the template file was downloaded) then click the Upload and...done!!!

As a side note, if you have added the element / widget on your blog page, then before doing step 2, the first switch box Expand Widget Templates option (at the top of the Edit Template). Only then copy the entire code and you want to keep appropriate next step.
Now you're ready to tamper with your Blogger template. If the result is less satisfactory, you can still recover the initial template backup by copying the code from Notepad to Edit Template box.
